I was sitting in my office in Rio De Janeiro and over looking the office building next to me one day and I saw the building start to smoke, the heat was so intense that the building actually cracked and they had concerns that it may fall. Electrobras was the power company in Rio that just happened to be in the middle of an investigation concerning fraud, the fire started in their records room.
